he changed the locks in my rental property and gave me the locks free. He he just charge for labor. what a great deal. I will always Call Charly. I lost my keys. Charley arranged for his locksmith to come out and make me one. But, they had to buy codes and Ken paid for this personally. He is a good Christian man. I love this company. My insurance company called me to tell me Call Charley is on the way. Upper Marlboro is 30 minutes is about 45 minutes from my location. Well Charley pulls up to help 8 minutes after the call. It was dark cold and i was not comfortable, charley calmed me down and changed the tire. He was so nice and understanding a real gentleman. Charlie has helped me several times. The first time was when it was snowing in bowie and I came out to a flat. I was devastated!! We can’t say enough about the quality service and care provided by this company. My family and I (including my elderly mother and two small children) were stranded in a church parking lot, in the dead of winter after our car key broke off in the car door. We called dozens of places for help. Every other place told us they couldn’t help until the next morning. So, that would have meant us sleeping in the cold car over night! How else would we get home? As soon as I called Charley’s Roadside Assistance, I was assured that someone would come out tonight and “right away”. Naturally, our confidence was a bit tarnished at this point. But, we had to trust someone. We chose to trust the right people!!! A short time after putting in our service call, someone was dispatched. Someone was on site to assist us within one hour! The technician was so compassionate. He worked quickly and was sensitive to what a stressful situation we were in with hungry, sleepy, cold children. We highly recommend using Charley’s services. I had locked my keys in my car and had called two companies,one stating they would be there in 25 minutes and wouldn't quote any price or price range. I really had a wonderful experience working with your company. I drive a BMW, my tire went out and I did not have a spare. I called roadside assistance and the owner of your company came out to help us. He came to us, took off our tire, went to get us another tire then came back to put it on our car. We were able to get a new tire on our car without using the donunt. It was awesome. His attitude was great, the service was wonderful. Just wanted to take a moment and thank Kenney from Charley Roadside Assistance for helping me out tonight. I had a flat tire due to a nail puncture.
